板式家具包装作业流程的优化
Study on the process optimization of panel furniture packaging
摘要
Abstract
Process procedure is an improvement method for industrial engineering and macro analysis of worksite. It takes the whole manufacturing process or some work activities as a research object. Process procedure divides the opera⁃tion process into five states, i.e., processing, transportation, inspection, waiting and storing, and marks them with cor⁃responding symbols. It makes the workflow more straightforward and provides the basis for further optimization. The main duty of the packers in the investigated company is to pack panel pieces, their auxiliary work is to carry panels and put the packaged panels in the fixed positions. Panel furniture packaging process was selected as the research object in this paper. The time and distance of the operation were recorded by using the process procedure. The packing process was an⁃alyzed by using 5W1H ( what, where, when, who, why, how) inquiring technology repeatedly to find out deep⁃seated problems. The results showed that the operation process took a lot of unnecessary time and moving distance because of unreasonable distribution. The ECRS ( Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simple) principle was applied to improve the operation process, and a new packaging process was put forward. There are 3 packaging groups, in this paper, the loca⁃tions of which are so different that the moving routes in each operation process is different from each other, but the work mission and the analytical method are the same. In this paper, the moving distance and time of the workers at the second work platform is studied, and the processes of the other two are verified. By comparing the original operation process with the optimized one, it was found that the new operation time was reduced by 40�8% and the operation distance by 56�4%. The results showed that the new operation process is more reasonable, and that the process procedure analysis can simplify the operation process, shorten the operation time, improve the packaging efficiency, reduce production cost and increase the competitiveness of enterprises.关键词
