宽幅播种机折叠机架的模态分析
Modal Analysis of Folding Frame for Broad Width Planter
摘要
Abstract
In order to get the vibration performance of the broad width planter's folding frame , verify the rationality of the design, the mode analysis of the innovative designed 2BMZ-13 type planter's folding frame was carried out.The 3D modeling software Pro/E and the finite element simulation analysis software ANSYS Workbench was applied to established the finite element model of frame , the vibration performance such as inherent frequency , vibration direction and extre-mum.etc were obtained by modal analysis module , and the comparison between simulation analysis and external excita-tion frequency was conducted .The results prove that the structure design of folding frame is reasonable , frame frequen-cies without overlap and avoids the external excitation frequency ,avoiding the resonance .This study can help improve the seeding precision , prolonging the service life of the seeder .关键词
