基于Probit模型的农户农业生产性废弃物弃置行为研究--以湖北省为例
Research on the agricultural input waste discarding behaviors of farmers：A case study of Hubei Province

Abstract
Currently, improving rural non-point source pollution and promoting comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste are two important goals of agricultural sustainable development and ecological economic construction in China. Based on the survey data of Hubei province and applying the Probit model, this paper empirically examines farmers’ discarding behaviors of agricultural input waste (agricultural plastic iflms, breeding bags, packages of pesticide and fertilizer, etc.) and then identiifes the inlfuencing factors of their behaviors. Results of the statistical analysis of survey data show that only 17.75% of respondents hold the view that they will collect the agricultural input waste and sell them to recycle stations or acquiring companies, while the rest choose to abandon those wastes and even 12.75% among them explicitly state that they chronically discard agricultural input wastes into farmland, or mix them with straws and livestock waste returning back to the ifelds. The empirical evidences show that farmers’ discarding behaviors are influenced by their participation in specialty cooperatives, waste concentrative treatment facilities in villages, the distance to the nearest road, land quality change, water quality change, their participations in ecological agricultural training and the time invested in farming. Based on the ifndings of this research, this paper suggests to cultivate specialty cooperatives, to build village infrastructures and transport facilities, to develop ecological agricultural trainings, to enhance farmers’ awareness of environmental protection, and to establish a relevant supervisory and restrictive mechanism, thus effectively to reduce the possibility of farmers’ discarding behaviors and ameliorating the rural ecological environment.关键词
