比色法测定广西产千里光药材中吡咯里西啶生物碱的含量
Determination of PAs in Senecio scandens from Guangxi by colorimetric method
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of PAs in Senecio scandens from Guangxi.Methods The determination of PAs in Senecio scandens from Guangxi by colorimetric method,comparing with adonifoline,and the detection wavelention was 565 nm.Results Linearity of adonifaline was good at 1.02~16.32 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7).The average recovery of buddleodide was 98.9% with RSD=0.70%(n=6).Conclusion This method was simple,accurate and repeatable,and can be used as an indicator for controlling the quality of this product.关键词
