摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC-ELSD method for the simultaneous determination of hyodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid in Hugan Tablets. Methods The chromatography condition were as follows:the analytical column was Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column,the mobile phase was methanol-0.2% formic acid so-lution(80:20),the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the carrier gas flow rate of ELSD de-tector was 2.0 L·min-1 ,the drift tube temperature was 60 ℃,and the carrier gas was nitrogen gas. Results The linear ranges of hyodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid were 0. 521~10. 42 μg( r=0. 998 9)and 0. 266~5. 32 μg( r=0.999 4),with their average recoveries were 97.41%( RSD=1.30%,n=6)and 96.09%( RSD=2.11%,n=6),respectively. Conclusion The method was accurate,simple,sensitive,and it can be used for the quality control of Hugan Tablets.关键词
