摘要
Abstract
The MCAO/IR model in rats induced by thread embolism in middle cerebral artery is the most common used animal model in the research of ischemic brain injury.In recent years,many researches has been conducted on this animal model.This article reviewed the correlation in the time of ischemia-reperfusion( IR)and the mechanism,aimed to provide references for the selection in IR time and evaluation index in drug research and also provide some clues for the future study in MCAO/IR model rats.关键词
