动针通督刺络法治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果观察
Effect observation of using Dongzhen Tongdu blood-letting puncture in treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of using Dongzhen Tongdu blood-letting puncture in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Totally 100 Seychelles patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and control group.Patients in the observation group received Dongzhen Tongdu blood-letting puncture,while patients in the control group received conventional acupuncture.The treatment was given once every two days for 15 times in one session.The data of visual analogue scale (VAS)were taken before and after first time and one session treatment.The data of JOA score was taken before and after one session treatment.We also evaluated clinical curative effect. Results No statistical significance was found in VAS or JOA score between two groups before treatment (all P >0.05).In the observation group,the VAS score after treatment immediately and after one session was decreased as compared with that before treatment as well as that of the control group at the same time (P <0.05 or P <0.01).In the control group,the VAS score after one session was reduced as compared with that before treatment (P <0.05).After one session,the JOA score of two groups both reduced as compared with that before treatment (all P <0.01),and the JOA reduced much more in the ob-servation group (P <0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 98% and the clinical curative rate was 40%,for the control group,they were 86% and 22%,respectively (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion Dongzhen Tongdu blood-letting puncture could achieve a quicker and more significant clinical efficacy in treatment of lumbar disc herniation.关键词
