中医药对痛风间歇期不同证型的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine on treating gouty arthritis in intermission and uric acid with different syndromes types .Methods :120 patients were randomly devided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (60 cases) .The control group was given sodium bicarbonate tablets and allo‐purinol tablets ,while the observation group was given decoction of Chinese medicine .Then the total effective rate ,the side effects rate and the blood uric acid were compared after one month’ treatment .Results:After treatment the total ef‐fective rate in the observation group was superior to that of control group between different syndromes types ,which in‐cluded phlegm‐dampness stagnation syndrome ,phlegm‐bood stasis syndrome and qi deficiency‐blood stasis syndrome . The blood uric acid reduced obviously after treatment in all groups except in the control group of qi deficiency‐blood stasis syndrome .And the blood uric acid in observation group were notably lower than those of control group within each syn‐drome .But there was no significant difference among observation groups of three syndromes .Conclusion:The clinical effects of the traditional Chinese medicine show superior to the western medicine ,and can reduce the blood uric acid obvi‐ously ,be important to prevent the recurrence of gouty arthritis .关键词
