黄芩清热除痹胶囊配合外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察
The mechanism of acute gouty arthritise treated by Huangqin Qingre Chubi capsules and external therapy

Abstract
Objective:Toll like receptor 4 based on clinical observation of Baicalin in Qingre Tongbi capsule combined with external treatment of acute gouty arthritis ,to provide effective solutions for the treatment of gouty arthri‐tis by traditional Chinese medicine .Methods:60 cases of acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into Huangqin Qin‐gre Chubi capsules of Furong ointment in the treatment group and meloxicam Kang oral 30 cases in the control group .Be‐fore and after treatment were observed in peripheral blood TLR4 positive rate ,TCM syndrome score ,VAS pain score and inflammation ,safety index changes .Results:The total efficiency of treatment group was 90% ,better than 80% in the control group .Compared with before treatment ,two groups of acute gouty arthritis the expression level of TLR4 pa‐tients ,serum uric acid ,ESR ,CRP ,TCM syndrome score ,VAS pain scores were significantly lower .Compared with the control group ,the treatment group can significantly reduce the symptom score ,TLR4 ,ESR ,CRP .Conclusion:Huan‐gqin Qingre Chubi capsule taken orally with Furong ointment in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis significantly ,the mechanism may be related to inhibit TLR4 mediated inflammation .关键词
