飞天蜈蚣七不同提取物的药效学研究
Comparative studies on pharmacodynamics effects of different extracts from Aralia Chinensis L
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the anti‐inflammation ,analgesia ,anti‐fatigue and anti‐hypoxia activity of the different extracts from Aralia chinensis L .Methods :The pharmacological actions of anti‐inflammation and analgesic were observed by xylene‐induced ear swelling in mice ,carrageenan‐induced paw swelling in mice ,acetic acid‐induced writhing test and the hot‐plate test in mice .Meanwhile ,the anti‐fatigue and anti‐hypoxia effects were investigated by the load bear‐ing swimming test and the hypoxia tolerance test respectively .Results:The ethanol extraction ,ethyl acetate extraction and n‐butanol extraction of Aralia chinensis L .all had anti‐inflammation ,analgesia and anti‐fatigue effects .The n‐butanol extraction had the most significant effect .The anti‐hypoxia activity of all the different extracts was weak .Conclusion:The different extracts from Aralia chinensis L .all showed the anti‐inflammation ,analgesia and anti‐fatigue effects .And the n‐butanol extract had stronger activity .关键词
