我国医学生法律教育现状及对策
Status quo of legal education for medical students in China and its countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Medical students were the reserve group of future medical staff,so it was an important way to im-prove the legal quality of medical students for enhancing the overall quality of medical staff,to build a harmoni-ous relationship between doctors and patients and to implement the policy of “governing the country by law”. Lack of legal education was an important reason for the lack of legal quality of medical students in school. Therefore,it was urgent to carry out legal education for medical students under the background of current tense doctor patient relationship.This study reviewed the development of legal education in medical universities,so as to provide references for medical education in China.关键词
