多次住院冠心病病人疾病感知状况及服药依从性调查分析
Investigation and analysis on the illness cognition condition and medication compliance of repeated hospitalized pa-tients with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the illness cognition condition and medication compliance of repeated hospi-talized patients with coronary heart disease and to probe into the relationship between medication compliance and illness cognition among repeated hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 198 repeated hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease in cardiovascular department of a third level grade A Hospital in Guangzhou city were investigated by filling out illness perception questionnaire revised version(IPQ R) and chronic illness patient medication compliance measurement scale.Results:Medication compliance score of re-peated hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease was 69.72±7.55.The compliance of 83 cases was com-mon.And 1 1 5 cases were with good compliance.Most experienced symptoms of coronary heart disease patients were chest pain,chest discomfort,cold sweats,palpitation and dyspnea.Cognitive symptoms mean score of them was 4.55±1.64.The average score of patients towards illness condition and their own cognitive dimension of the disease cycle(acute/chronic)was 2.91±0.36.Mean score of cognition towards disease consequences of pa-tients was 3.12±0.39.Personal control mean score of them was 2.83±0.38.Therapy control mean score of them was 3.28±0.26.Disease consistency mean score of them was 2.80±0.57.Time axis mean score was 2.70± 0.70.And emotion representation mean score of patients was 2.87±0.63.Repeated hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease were more likely to attribute illness to behavioral factors(food or dietary factors,lack of exercises,smoking,and self behavior induced),psychological factors (stress or annoyance,family problems or excessive worry),immune factors and physiological factors.Disease cycle of patients with coronary heart disease (acute/chronic),the consequence cognition,and emotional representation were negatively correlated to their medication adherence(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medication compliance of repeated hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease was good.The level of illness awareness of patients was moderate.And the individual difference was obvious.Medical staff should strengthen the cognition and intervention of disease of repeated hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
