护理本科生专业承诺与职业决策自我效能感现状及相关性分析
Self efficacy tatus quo and correlation analysis between professional commitment and career choice of nursing un-dergraduate students
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the current situation of professional commitment and career choice self ef-ficacy of nursing undergraduate students,and to analyze their correlation,so as to provide basis for clinical nurs-ing teaching and management of nursing education in Colleges and Universities.Methods:A total of 390 under-graduate nursing students received the investigation by using the college students’professional commitment scale and career decision making self efficacy scale.Results:The professional commitment scores of nursing undergraduate students were 88.45±14.13.Career choice self efficacy scores were 77.65±11.55.There was positive correlation between them.Conclusion:The overall score of professional commitment and career choice self efficacy of nursing undergraduate students is not high.Nursing educators in colleges and universities should attaches great importance to the current situation and take measures to improve undergraduate nursing students’professional commitment and career choice self efficacy,help students get a job successfully.关键词
