安徽省临床护士循证实践知识、态度、行为的调查研究
Investigation on knowledge,attitude and behavior of evidence based practice of clinical nurses in Anhui province
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To understand the status quo of knowledge,attitude and behavior of evidence based prac-tice of clinical nurses in Anhui province,to analyze existing problems of evidence based practice,and to provide evidences for promoting development of evidence based practice.Methods:A total of 288 on job nurses were investigated in three third level grade A hospitals and one second level grade A hospital working in Anhui province by using the Chinese version of evidence based practice questionnaire.Results:Total score of evidence based practice knowledge,attitude and behavior of clinical nurses.In Anhui province was 102.26 ±21.16.In which the average score of evidence based practice attitude items was 4.36±0.76.The average score of behav-ioral items was 3.97±1.10.And the average score of knowledge item was 4.04±0.09.There were statistically significant differences in the attitude and behavior scores among clinical nurses with different educational de-grees(P<0.05 ).There were statistically significant differences in clinical nurses’evidence based practice knowledge,attitude and behavior scores among the clinical nurses with different professional titles and whether accepted evidence based practice training or not(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knowledge,attitude and practice of clinical nurses’evidence based practice in Anhui province had a good foundation,but the level of evidence based knowledge and behaviors still needed to be improved.关键词
