摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the status quo of adversity quotient of male nurses in ICU and its influencing factors,so as to provide relevant evidences for making reasonable coping measures.Methods:A total of 102 ICU male nurses were investigated by the general situation questionnaire,the adversity quotient table,the psycholog-ical capital scale and the work engagement scale.Results:The adversity quotient score of ICU male nurses was 135.63±13.49.Multiple regression analysis showed that psychological capital,job involvement,professional ti-tle had an influence on adversity quotient of ICU male nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adversity quotient of ICU male nurses were moderate to high level,which were affected by many factors.Nursing managers should pay at-tention to adversity quotient level of ICU male nurses and take effective measures to improve the level of adver-sity quotient.
