摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of Sandwich teaching method in teaching of nursing management.Methods:A total of 1 1 9 cases in grade three totally six classes in five years of nursing undergrad-uate passed the national entrance examination were randomly divided into control group 58 cases and research group 6 1 cases.Students in control group used the traditional teaching method.Students in research group used Sandwich teaching method.Then the teaching effect of the two methods was compared.Results:The total test score in research group was significantly higher than that in control group.And scores of multiple choice ques-tions,discussion questions,case analysis questions in research group were significantly higher than that in con-trol group(P<0.05).After teaching,scores of 6 dimensions in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05)including seeking truth,open thought,analytical ability,critical thinking self confidence,curiosity and cognitive maturity(P<0.05).After teaching,total score of learning initiative and 5 factors scores including learning motivation,learning goals,in depth study,control learning,solid learning in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sandwich teach-ing method could effectively improve the teaching effect of nursing management,which was beneficial to im-prove students’critical thinking ability and learning initiative.关键词
