Research progress on intestinal tolerance of early enteral nutrition in patients with postoperative gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
It reviewed related factors,evaluation methods and nursing intervention of early enteral nutrition in-tolerance in patients with postoperative to gastric cancer.It proposed that traditional Chinese medicine acupunc-ture,moxibustion,acupoint massage and auricular plaster could promote gastrointestinal peristalsis function and had the advantages of simple operation,safety,especially suitable for the operation of nursing staff and had gained more and more attention of medical staff.Whether these techniques could be applied in the prevention and treatment of intestinal intolerance of early enteral nutrition in patients with postoperative gastric cancer needed to be further studied.关键词
