老年糖尿病病人健康自我管理行为与家人关怀的相关性
Correlation between health self management behaviors of elderly patients with diabetes and family care

Abstract
Objective:To know about the self management status of urban and rural elderly patients with diabe-tes and the influence of family care,in order to provide a theoretical basis for response measures.Methods:Self designed general demographic questionnaire,Family Function Assessment Scale(FAD)were used for 1 059 eld-erly diabetic patients from urban and rural areas in Hebei province to evaluate their health self management behavior.Results:A total of 1 059(17.2%)elderly were diagnosed with diabetes,the score of health self man-agement was(50.29±10.62).Multi factor analysis showed that the influence factors of health self manage-ment in the elderly patients with diabetes including:urban/rural areas,educational level,balance of payments, communication with children,children arranging physical examination,satisfaction of family care and family function.Conclusions:The self management behavior of urban and rural elderly patients with diabetes in Hebei province need to be improved.Family support can improve their self management level.关键词
