三主体双轨道交互式护理干预模式在空巢老年慢性阻塞性肺气肿病人中的应用效果评价
Application effect evaluation on three main body double track interactive nursing model used for empty nester pa-tients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of three main body double track interactive nursing model used for the empty nester patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.Methods:A total of 132 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema diagnosed in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were divided into experimental group and control group according to the simple random sam-pling method.Patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care:one call return visit service after discharge,which provided the knowledge of self management and education to the patients;patients in experi-mental group were treated with the three main body double track interactive nursing model to build two contin-uous nursing intervention tracks:one is between empty nester with chronic obstructive emphysema and hospital nurses,and the other one is between empty nester with chronic obstructive emphysema and community nurses to enhance the interaction of three main body double track.The quality of life score,SAS/SDS scores,efficiency and satisfaction degree of patients in the two groups were assessed after three months of intervention.Results:After intervention,the overall health score of patients in experimental group(61.6±4.6)was higher than that in control group(53.6±3.7);the SAS and SDS scores of patients in experimental group were lower than that in control group;the total efficiency score of patients in experimental group(92.4%)was higher than that in the control group(60.6%);the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group(97.0%)was higher than the con-trol group(72.7%);all the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Using the three main body double track interactive nursing model could stimulate the patient's subj ective initiative,improve the pa-tient’s psychological state and quality of life.关键词
