基于网络支持的精神赡养模式对社区空巢老人主观幸福感的影响
Influence of spiritual support model based on network support on subjective well being of community empty nester elderly

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of spiritual support mode based on network support on the sub-j ective well being of community empty nester elderly.Methods:In accordance with the stratified random sam-pling method,a total of 140 empty nester elderly from eight communities in Yueyanglou District of Yueyang City who met the inclusion criteria were randomly selected,and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,70 cases in each.The patients in control group used the traditional community home service model,the patients in experimental group used the spiritual support model based on network support on the basis of traditional model,then to compare the scores of subj ective well being of elderly between both groups before and after the intervention.Resluts:Before the intervention,the differences of well being scores of empty nester elderly between both groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);after the intervention,the positive emotion score and positive experience score in experimental group were much higher than those in con-trol group,but the negative emotion score and negative experience score were much lower than those in control group(P<0.05);the score in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group after the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The spiritual support model based on network support could effectively improve the subj ective well being of empty nester elderly.关键词
