乳腺癌病人反刍性沉思水平及影响因素的调查分析
The level and influencing factors of rumination in patients with breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of rumination in patients with breast cancer and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 345 breast cancer patients were recruited by convenience sampling and they were investigated by demographic questionnaire,disease related characteristics questionnaire,and Event related Rumination Inventory(ERRI).Results:The breast cancer patients’total score of rumination was 35.18± 7.92,intrusive rumination score was 16.53±4.72,the purpose of rumination score was(18.41±6.50).Educa-tion,monthly family income,duration and whether to retain breast or not could explain 46.5% of total invasive rumination variation;educational level,duration,monthly family income,exercise after disease,family relation-ship,whether to keep the breast or not could explain 66.4% of the total purpose of rumination variation.Con-clusions:Patients with breast cancer had a moderate level of rumination.Clinical personnel should pay more at-tention to breast cancer patients with low level of education,short duration,low monthly family income,general family relationships,less functional exercise and no breast conserving surgery so as to promote their purpose of meditation rumination,reduce their intrusive rumination level to create favorable conditions for active cognitive processing,in order to promote posttraumatic growth and the physical and psychological recovery.关键词
