痛风病人心理健康状况及影响因素分析
Mental health status of gout patients and influencing factors
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore mental health status of outpatient gout patients and influencing factors,and to provide the evidences for the formulation of clinical psychological interventions.Methods:A total of 2 1 6 gout pa-tients in outpatient department were recruited from two general hospitals in Qingdao city.The data were col-lected by self edited questionnaire and Kessler Psychological Distress Scale 10(K10).Results:The average total score of K10 was 17.10±4.66,101(46.8%)gout patients had a good mental health status,68 cases(31.5%) had an ordinary mental health status,and 47 cases(21.7%)had a poor mental health status.The influencing factors for mental disorder among the gout patients included character,the self assessment of economy status, frequency of recurrence in recent year and score of pain.Conclusion:The gout patient’s mental health status need to be improved.Medical personnel should pay attention to not only the health of gout patients,but also strengthen the psychological care and guidance for the patients aiming at individuals.关键词
