基于关联规则方法分析阎洪臣教授治疗内伤头痛用药规律
Analysis of Professor YAN Hong-chen’s medication rules on treating internal injuries headache based on association rules
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the Professor YAN Hong-chen’s medication rules on treating internal injuries headache based on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance support system. [Methods] The patients’records and prescriptions of Professor YAN Hong-chen on treating internal injuries headache were collected and collated, and the frequency and regularity of drug combinations were researched by using the association rules of TCM inheritance support system to analyze the medication experience of Professor YAN Hong-chen. [Results] By analyzing the 134 prescriptions of 53 patients, the frequency and association rules of Professor YAN Hong-chen on treating internal injuries headache were determined. [Conclusion] Professor YAN Hong-chen’s discrimination of internal injuries headache is accurate. He is adept in using messenger drugs and anodyne drugs, which are effective in the treatment.关键词
