慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期疗效评价指标的权重分析
Weight analysis on evaluation index of curative effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable stage
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the clinical indicators weight of COPD stable stage, and to explore the scientific and reasonable evaluation method. [Methods] Using the curative effect of evaluation data of 70 patients of COPD before and after treatment as sample, proceeding principal component analyse and calculate each index weight. Making the index weight before treatment for the horizontal axis and the index weight after treatment for the longitudinal axis, draw the quadrant diagram, analyze the importance of each index and the change trend. [Results] 1)St. George’s questionnaire, dyspnea scale, clinical symptoms appear in a quadrant, weight before and after treatment were higher, no significant weight wavering; 2)TNF-α was located near the Quadrant center position, and the weight did not appear obviously wandering; 3)Six minute walk test, pulmonary function appears in the third quadrant, no significant weight wavering; 4) BODE index appears in the fourth quadrant, the weight appeared wavering, and the weight of these indicators was high before treatment and low after. [Conclusion] By adopting the method of weighting analysis combined with the quadrant diagram of COPD stabilization clinical indicators for evaluation and analysis, the illness severity and treatment features sensitive degree can be reflected preliminarily and clearly.关键词
