加味玉屏风散治疗糖尿病肾病疗效观察
Curative effect observation of Jiawei Yupingfeng powder to diabetic nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To discuss the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Yupingfeng powder to diabetic nephropathy. [Methods] Teh 80 patients who suffered from Ⅲ~Ⅴstage diabetic nephropathy during January to December in 2015, were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, 40 patients in each one. The control group use conventional basic therapy and in treatment group, besides basic therapy, Jiawei Yupingfeng powder was used additionally. [Results] In the terms of blood fat, renal function and 24 hours urinary protein quantization, the treatment group is improved than before treatment (P<0.05), and compared with control group also ameliorated obviously (P<0.05). In the terms of fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin, there was no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). In improving the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy, the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00% as well as 75.00% of control group, which showed significant difference between them (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Jiawei Yupingfeng powder not only has a significant improvement in the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy patients, but also can regulate the blood fat metabolism disorders, improve renal function, as well as reduce urinary protein, which showed that Jiawei Yupingfeng powder has a definite therapeutic effect on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.关键词
