摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To observe the flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu tang clinical curative effect for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. [Methods] Selection of outpatient service between January 2015 and December 2015 treated 80 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients, randomly divided into two groups: control group 40 cases, with diabetes drugs hypoglycemic therapy and oral insurable nerve nutrition treatment; based glucose-lowering treatment group 40 cases, using the diabetes drug therapy combined with flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction oral treatment; 4 weeks after treatment the clinical curative effect evaluation. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment group patients are significantly higher than the control group, comparing differences between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Flavored Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical effect and value for popularization.
