中药复方对复合应激致慢性疲劳大鼠认知行为的影响
Intervention effects of Chinese herbal compounds on the behavior of chronic fatigue rats induced by combined stress
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To observe the changes of behavior of chronic fatigue rats induced by combined stress, and to verify the effect of Lixu Jiyu recipe on the improvement of behavior. [Methods] The 80 SD male rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group, model group, low dose treated group, middle dose treated group, and high dose treated group, 16 rats in each group. The CFS rats models were made with multiple stimuli including chronic restraint, Swimming in cold water and day and night reversed by randomly except control group. The rats in the control group and model group were given normal saline of 2 mL, and the treated groups were given concentration of 0.5, 1, 2 g/mL of Lixu Jieyu recipe for 30 days. To observe the rats’behavioristic changes in open-field test, tail hanging test, exhausting swimming test and morris water maze test among different groups. [Results] Compared with the control group, the model group manifested a series of abnormal variations in open-field test, tail hanging test. Compared with the model group, Lixu Jieyu recipe could improve moving time and distance in open-field test, reducing the percentage of active time of the marginal zone; increasing the times of struggle, shortening the time of rest in tail hanging test; prolonging the time of the rats in the target quadrant in Morris water maze test.[Conclusion] Lixu Jieyu recipe can significantly improve the behavior of rats with chronic fatigue.关键词
