Preliminary researching on the antihypertensive mechanism of acupuncture Renying(ST9) point based on neural tracer technology

摘要

Abstract

[Objective] Using neural tracer technology, from the perspective of arterial pressure reflection, preliminary research acupuncture Renying (ST9) point antihypertensive mechanism.[Methods] 45 SPF grade male 12 W SHR were selected and randomly divided into Renying group, Renying and manipulation group, blank control group, 15 rats in each group. 15 male normotensive Wistar rats were as normal blank control group. Renying group was acupunctured Renying point and stayed for 30minutes. Renying and manipulation group underwent small amplitude attack (less than 90 degrees) and high frequency (120~160 times/min) twisting as reinforcing method and operated for 1 minutes, stayed for 30minutes. Treatment lasted 28 days. Normotensive Wistar rats control group and SHR control group rats were without acupuncture. Blood pressure was measured before and after treatment. In the rats of Renying injection of PRV-152 virus, observed the medulla and hypothalamus under the plane mirror after intervention. [Results] The difference of hypothalamus and medulla oblongata PRV positive cell counts between two group was statistical significance (P<0.001). Acupuncture attack plus massage group PRV positive cells counts in the hypothalamus and medulla oblongata was significantly higher than other groups. [Conclusion] The antihypertensive effect may be achieved by enhancing the sensitivity of the transport pathway by acupuncture Renying point.
