摘要

Abstract

The microstructure and properties of 25Cr35NiNb +MA and 35Cr45NiNb +MA alloy tubes served for five years were studied via field emission scanning electron microscope,Vickers hardness tester and high temperature rupture testers.The results show that after served for five years at high temperature, as for 25Cr35NiNb +MA furnace tubes,the microstructure at aging zone near outer wall of the tubes were G phase (Ni 16 Nb6 Si7 )and M23 C6 carbides,while the carburizing zone at the inner were NbC and M7 C3 carbides.As for 35Cr45NiNb +MA furnace tube,the microstructure at aging zone near outer wall of the tubes were G phase and M7 C3 carbides,while the carburizing zone at the inner were massive NbC,G phase and M7 C3 carbides.Compared with the outer wall of the aging zone,the hardness value at carbu-rized zone near inner wall increased about 10% ~15% for both the two material tubes,the high tempera-ture rupture performance decreased significantly from the furnace tube with the inner wall carburized.
