摘要

Abstract

The forming process of clad plate have been analyzed and evaluated in the use of finite element method with practical pressing and heat treatment process,to research the influence of different forming process on the shear properties of clad plate.It is found that heat treatment in forming process is the key reason for the change of shearing stress within clad plate.The actual shearing strength of explosion welded clad plate and rolled clad plate can meet the manufacturing requirements of accumulator tank,whichever forming process is used.
