摘要
Abstract
As the study of the steam generator heat exchange device appear leakage reason,by using the methods of SEM,EDS,microscopic analysis of crack pattern,at the same time numerical simulation analy-sis,find out the failure reason,and put the preventive measures.The results show that the key failure rea-sons exist the high concentration solution in gap of tube and tube hole.The high concentration solution re-sults in the crack of the alkaline,high temperature hydrogen sulfide stress corrosion was formed at the crack.The leakage of heat exchanger caused by the corrosion process is intensified.关键词
