药物流产后阴道出血的超声分型探讨

Abstract
Objective To study the ultrasonographic characteristics of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion. Methods 300 cases of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion underwent trans-abdominal and trans-vaginal color Doppler ultrasound examinations were divided into different types according to the uterine size, shape, muscle layer echoes, uterine muscle layer flow, conditions in annex areas, intrauterine echoes, endometrial echoes, endometrial thickness, endometrial boundaries, the size of the intrauterine mass, boundaries between the mass and the surrounding normal tissues, clump echoes, blood flow distribution and the spectrum characteristics of the internal mass and peripheral tissues. Results Vaginal bleeding after drug abortion could be divided into 5 types, including uterine inertia type, simple intrauterine residue type, intrauterine residue with infections, organized residue type and endometrial repair barriers. Conclusion The ultrasonographic classification of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion is helpful for clinicians to give ultrasonographic descriptions and dialectical therapies.关键词
