摘要
Abstract
This paper described the functional architecture of the pre-sale card toll system that was developed based on No.1 Military Medical Project Hospital Information System of the hospital, mainly including issuing cards in batch, payment by credit card, card withdrawal, refundment, expired carryover, query, statistics and so on. The system not only solved the problem in supervision of medical subsides for specified purposes, but also carried out another health service meeting market demands, which brought certain economic benefits and good social effects, and further promoted digital construction of the hospital.关键词
