摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the influences of the Salvia TMP injection on acute brain injury patients and level of serum HMGB1, NO, Fas.Methods Selected the acute brain injury 84 cases in our hospital emergency department from February 1, 2014 to February 1 2015 as the survey subjects .Based on the principle of random assignment , all the pa-tients were divided into 41 cases of control group and 43 cases of observation group .All patients on admission were measured in serum HMGB1, NO, Fas level and nerve function related to the reference rates .After a period of medical treatment , they were given to reducing the intracranial pressure , dehydration , keeping the airway open and prevention of complications and other symptomatic treatment .Observation group was on this basis to give Salvia TMP injection once a day .This continued for two weeks.At discharge, serum HMGB1, NO, Fas levels and related neurological score were assessed again to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results Overall efficiency in observation group was higher than the control group (65.12%vs.36.58%,χ2 =6.838, P <0.05).Before treatment, two groups’ serum HMGB1, NO, Fas level and relevant clinical neurological scores found no significant difference ( P >0.05).And after treatment,serum HMGB1, NO, Fas levels were improved in both groups(observation group:t =15.472,13.290,24.556,8.771, P <0.01;control group:t =7.951,4.591,22.490, 3.805, P <0.01).At the same time, decreased levels in the observation group was far better than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( t =10.686,9.358,18.031,5.997, P <0.05).Conclusion The Salvia TMP Injec-tion on the basis of conventional therapy for acute brain injury , it can significantly reduce serum HMGB1, NO and Fas levels and improve the nerve function associated rates , obtain clinical cure .
