Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence on serum folate , thyroid hormone and development of the thyroid gland of combination Youguiwan and levothyroxine in pregnant with hypothyroidism .Methods From 2012 Jan to 2015 June, 64 cases of pregnant women with hypothyroidism patients in Puren Hospital were divided into control group ( n =32) and ob-servation group ( n =32).The control group were treated with levothyroxine , observation group were treated with Youguiwan treatment. The clinical observation, treatment serum folic acid (FA), free triiodothyronine (FT3), four iodine thyronine ( FT4 ) , thyroid stimulating hormone ( TSH) , thyroid peroxide enzyme antibody ( TPOAb) , thyroglobulin antibody ( TGAb) of two groups were observed .Two groups of patients were followed up to 6 months after delivery , children's growth and develop-ment , mental development situation were observed .Results The total effective rate was 93 .75%in the observation group , in the control group, the total effective rate was 68.75%, which were significantly different (χ2 =6.564, P <0.05).Two groups of patients after treatment , FA, FT3, FT4 levels were improved than before treatment ( P <0.05), the observation group after treatment, FA, FT3, FT4 level was higher ( P <0.05), but after treatment, TSH, TPOAb, TGAb levels were de-creased before treatment ( P <0.05), in which the observation group patients'TSH, TPOAb, TGAb levels decreased signifi-cantly compared with the control group ( P <0.05).Observation group after 6 months of birth adaptability, big movement, fine motor, language, personal social rates were higher ( P <0.05).Conclusion Youguiwan joint levothyroxine can im-prove pregnancy with clinical outcomes in patients with hypothyroidism , patients with increased serum folate , regulation of thy-roid hormone levels in patients with positive implications for the long term prognosis in neonates .关键词
