摘要
Abstract
Diabetes increases the risk of endometrial cancer ( EC ) and affects its prognosis .In recent years , it is found that metformin reduces the EC risk accordingly in the treatment of diabetic patients with EC , a large of experiments also prove that it has anti-cancer and synergistic anticancer effect .This paper aims to provide a new therapeutic method for EC by exploring the effect of metformin on reducing EC morbidity of T 2DM patients and inhibiting the growth of cancer cells .关键词
