Abstract
Objective To summarize and analyze the application value of high risk type HPV (human papilloma virus) and TCT (liquid based cytology test) in screening of cervical cancer. Methods Choose 2012 October 2015 in October period in our hospital treated 228 cases with pathological examination results of cervical cancer screening patients as the research object, high-risk HPV test and TCT examination, and the pathology as the standard diagnosis results (HSIL and cervical cancer found positive), than the accuracy of TCT and HPV detection detection in the screening of cervical cancer, specificity, sensitivity and positive predictive value and negative predictive value. Results The diagnostic accuracy rate of combined detection group was 82.02%, specificity 86.69%and negative predictive value 98.65%, which was significantly higher than that of HPV group and TCT group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion HPV detection in cervical cancer with high sensitivity, but specificity, low accuracy and sensitivity of TCT screening for cervical cancer in low, but the specificity and accuracy, the combination of the two can complementary advantages, enhance the effect of screening.关键词
