摘要

Abstract

The charging of electric vehicles is extraordinarily stochastic and limited by the security constraints in the distribution network. The electric vehicle charging was formulated as an optimization problem that took into account the three-phase distribution network. Furthermore, based on the receding horizon control theory, an efficient real-time charging strategy was proposed as well. By integrated the features of electric vehicle charging, the proposal method could achieve a good trade-off between the profit and the computing efficiency using the variable horizon receding, selection of partial control targets, slack of constraints and event-driven. Simulation results on Irland-11, IEEE-33 and IEEE-118 distribution networks demonstrate that the proposal optimization model can manage the security constraint effectively. The computing efficiency of the improved proposal strategy is high with excellent optimization effects, while the load and electricity price profile can be tracked well.
