Common Mode Current Suppression for Transformerless Three-phase H7 Current Source Photovoltaic Inverters

Abstract
The common mode current is one of the most important issues for the transformerless photovoltaic (PV) inverter systems. In order to deal with this problem, a new transformerless three-phase seven-switch H7 current source PV inverter was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the high frequency common mode model of the PV inverter was established. The relationship associated with the common mode voltage and switching states was analyzed. The effect of the conventional space vector modulation on the system common mode voltage and common mode current was discussed. A novel space vector modulation strategy was proposed to deal with the common mode current problem. Finally, the experiments were carried out in the TMS320F28335 DSP+EP4CE10E22C8 FPGA digital control platform. The experimental results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed solution.关键词
