Static Security Risk Assessment of Islanded Microgrids Under Peer-peer Control

Abstract
ABSTRACT:The random and volatile output of inntermittent renewable energy power generation, and lack of the main network support, increase security operation risk of the islanded microgrid system. So it is necessary to carry out static security assessment for it. Safety analysis criteria and power flow calculation are the basis of power grid static security risk assessment. According to characteristics of the islanded microgrid under peer-peer control, a static security analysis criteria combined N−1 contingency and splitting scheme was proposed. Considering a larger number of uncertainties and the characteristic that the islanded system splitted caused by outages has not a balance node, a probabilistic power flow simulation calculation method based on Levenberg Marquardt method with inexact line-search (LMIL) algorithm was proposed to calculate probabilistic power flow of the islanded systems splitted. Further, probability distributions of static security risk indices considering frequency limit violation risk index were obtained. It can be more comprehensive to assess the system static security risk. Assessment results on 17-node islanded microgrid test system verified the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.关键词
