Abstract
As an increasing penetration of un-dispatched distributed generation (DG) in the active distribution network, the planning and operation are more complex meanwhile it would lead to some problems such as the violation of voltage and curtailment of renewable energies. This paper established a coordinated planning model considering time-varying and power flow characteristics for different types of DG and load. Moreover, different recovery rates for loads were introduced into incentive demand response (DR) formulation. After the detailed time-varying simulation of operation process, the planning model becomes a multistage and bi-level (investment level and operation level) programming problem, in which the planning time interval is one year. The demand response cost and curtailment cost of renewable energies were added in the objective functions while power output limit and ramp limit for transmission network and controllable DG were involved in the constraints. Finally, the test cases verified the effectiveness of the proposed method via the analysis on the time varying and static voltage characteristic, and demand response capacity.关键词
