宁夏2015年畜间包虫病流行病学调查
An Epidemiological Survey on Livestock Hydatid Disease in Ningxia in 2015

Abstract
Objective] To understand the current prevalence of livestock hydatid disease in parts of Ningxia and to provide basis for elimination and comprehensive prevention of hydatid disease. [Methods] During June to December in 2015,an epidemiological investigation on hydatid disease infection in domestic and wild animals and on the awareness about hydatid disease of farmers and herdsmen in Ningxia were conducted by methods of questionnaires,laboratory tests,interviews on the spot,and so on. [Results] In the survey,2 092 sheep viscus and 1 749 cattle viscus were detected for hydatid cyst,and the positive rates were 3.35% and 0 respectively,2 080 sheep serum samples were tested and the antibody positive rate was 40.39%,4 620 canine fecal samples were detected for Echinococcus,and the positive rate was 4.05%. Furthermore,300 plateau pikas and ground squirrels were detected for hydatid cyst,and no infection was found. The awareness rate of hydatid disease for farmers and herdsmen was uneven. [Conclusion] The management and parasites expelling of dogs,slaughter management of cattle and sheep should be strengthened, immunization of newborn mother lambs with the genetic engineering vaccines should be carried out,health education for farmers and herdsmen should be strengthened and the input of prevention and treatment should be enlarged by the government.关键词
