山西省牛羊蓝舌病血清流行病学调查与分析
The Seroepidemiology Survey and Analysis on Bluetongue of Cattle and Sheep in Shanxi Province
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the infection and distribution of the bluetongue virus(BTV)in Shanxi province,a total of 1 090 cattle and sheep serum samples were collected from 11 areas from May to June in 2013 and 2015,respectively, the BTV antibodies in the serum samples were detected with competitive ELISA. The correlation between the climate, geography factors and seroprevalence distribution was also analyzed. The results showed that the positive samples were 127,the total positive rate was 11.65%. The positive rate of sheep was 19.28%(96/498),that of cattle was 5.24%(31/592). The results suggested that the prevalence of bluetongue in cattle and sheep had already occurred in parts of Shanxi province,and the positive rate was largely influenced by the latitude and rainfall.关键词
