摘要
Abstract
For portecting the healthy growth and breeding of the Red Crowned Crane,as well as ensuring harmonious development of the natural ecological of Zhalong Nature Reserve,the freshwater fish in the reserve surroundings was randomly collected and dissected in this study. All fish samples were tested by direct compression method and artificial digestion method(pepsin-HCL). The results showed that there were risk of infecting the red-crowned cranes with echinostomiasis through eating raw fish and the critical period of parasitic disease control and prevention were from April to July in Zhalong Nature Reserve.The study provides reference and basis for the prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases of red-crowned cranes.关键词
