摘要
Abstract
Animal compulsory vaccination plan has been implemented for years. However,there are still some people who do not fulfill their obligations. Analysis was made towards a case of failing to fulfill compulsory vaccination obligations. Problems could be encountered during the investigation of such cases were indicated,deficiencies of current law-enforcement activities reflected by such case were pointed out,and advices on how to address these problems were also given in the end.关键词
