Evaluation of Laws and Regulations on the Inspection and Quarantine of the Entry of Non-food Animal Products
摘要
Abstract
This article introduced the three different historic stages in bringing animal and plant inspection and quarantine into legal system,as well as the legalization process at each stage,and assessed effects of the above mentioned laws and regulations. Results showed that the building of legal system for non-food animal products started relatively early in China,and a comprehensive law and regulation system for this kind of products was available in our country. This suggests priorities for future legalization construction shall be given to the following fields including disease surveillance and monitoring,R&D for new disease testing techniques,the practice of inspection and quarantine and early warning of risks,etc.关键词
