γ-干扰素ELISA检测方法在牛结核病流行病学调查中的应用
Applications of IFN-γELISA for Epidemiological Survey of Bovine Tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective] In order to investigate the prevalence status of bovine tuberculosis in Helan county and to pro-vide a reference for purification and comprehensive prevention and control of bovine tuberculosis in Ningxia. [Methods] Using the tuberculin skin test(TST)and IFN-γELISA,2 230 cows from 2 large-scale dairy farms were detected. [Results] 79 positive cows from 2 dairy farms were detected by TST,72 of them were still positive results tested by IFN-γELISA subsequently,the double positive rate by both methods was 3.23%(72/2230). [Conclusion] The re-sults showed that the accuracy of bovine tuberculosis IFN-γELISA was relatively higher. TST conjunction with IFN-γELISA could be more conducive to bovine tuberculosis detection and purification.关键词
