穴位埋线对脑力疲劳型大鼠海马神经元结构及数量的影响
Acupoint catgut embedding impact on hippocampal neurons and the number of structure in mental fatigue rat

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on structure of hippocampal neurons and hippocampus neural cells number in mental fatigue rats.Methods:36 rats in 12 week old of SPF grade were randomly divided into the normal group,model group and catgut implantation group.The rats in the model group and catgut implantation group made into mental fatigue model by sleep deprivation.After the modeling,rats in the acupoint catgut embedding group were given acupoint catgut embedding treatment for 21 days.Results:The hippocampus nerve cell counts in the acupoint catgut embedding group were higher than in the model group from the nerve cell count(P<0.05),which in the CA3 region was most significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:Acupoint catgut embedding therapy has obvious effect on recovery normal structure of hippocampal neurons in mental fatigue rats,and also has obviously effect on promoting regeneration of hippocampus nerve cell in mental fatigue rats.关键词
