Anatomy and preservation of facial nerve in parotid gland surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the methods for treating facial nerve during parotid gland surgery.Methods:10 patients with parotid tumor surgery and 20 human head specimens were selected.Through the study of the case data and the skull specimen,the treatment method of facial nerve in parotid gland surgery was observed.Results:Through the observation of 10 cases,it was found that the rate of facial nerve injury was 20%,and postoperative nerve injury rate was 60%.Conclusion:In patients with parotid tumor surgery,such as malignant tumor has violated the facial nerve or highly suspicious violations,we should take the method of facial nerve cutting.As for the benign tumor and malignant transformation did not occur,we should carefully separate each branch of the facial nerve during operation,avoid damage.关键词
