Polycystic ovary syndrome and abnormal glucose metabolism
摘要
Abstract
Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) is a common gynecological disease,and most patients have insulin resistance. Studies have shown that the incidence rate of abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with PCOS is high,and PCOS often leads to the occurrence of type 2 diabetes in advance that pose a threat to the health of women.The possible pathogenesis of abnormal glucose metabolism in PCOS patients is described,which provides theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of the long-term complications of PCOS patients.关键词
